Company Of Thieves Annouce Summer Tour And New Video Series

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Girlie Action Media & Marketing) Hot off a spring tour with the Whigs, the Chicago-based Company of Thieves are readying their summer headlining tour which kicks off June 4th. They will be touring in support of their soon to be released sophomore album Running From A Gamble, available May 17th, at which point fans can get a free copy of the album by downloading a coupon HERE and taking it to FYE.

As preview to the album for fans the band have filmed acoustic versions of each song on the album and will be posting videos of each leading up to the release. The first video is of lead single "Death of Communication" which premiered on Filter Magazine, and make sure to check their website and facebook page for the rest of the videos. Of the acoustic series lead singer Genevieve Schatz explains, "we decided to have a countdown to the release of our new album by sharing each song from a unique location that we found on tour or frequent when we are home in Chicago. We have ALWAYS secretly wanted to play tourists-for-a-day and take a spin on the famous Ferris Wheel at Navy Pier, so we thought it would be fun to take you with us!"
