Natalie Distler, Izzie Steele, Aaron Perilo And Lucine Fyelon Join Cast Of Mind's Eye This Summer!
BOULDER, CO. (Top40 Charts/ Black Wing Digital) Natalie Distler, Izzie Steele, Aaron Perilo, and Lucine Fyelon will be rounding out the cast of "Mind's Eye," a sci-fi psychological thriller being shot in Boulder, CO this summer.

Distler is best known for her recurring role in FX network's TV dramedy "Rescue Me," playing opposite Denis Leary's character, Tommy Gavin, as his troubled teenage daughter Colleen. She will be playing the lead role of Jess Selvy, a high school girl who is dragged on a perilous quest through the looking glass of memory by her best friend, Mattie Carver. Mattie will be played by Izzie Steele, in her first leading feature film role.

Also joining the cast in supporting roles are Aaron Perilo, who has a guest recurring role as the character Blackburn on the popular TV series "True Blood," and Lucine Fyelon. Fyelon will play Mattie's mysterious friend and competitor, Aiyana, who tends to show up whenever Mattie's world turns upside down. Fyelon, a professional violinist, has played a recurring role as violinist on the hit television show "Glee" and has also performed at the Grammy Awards with the Foo Fighters.

Rounding out the group is Andrew Trainor, who will play the part of Riley, Mattie Carver's on-again, off-again boyfriend.

They will join screen legend Malcolm McDowell, Dean Cain, who played Superman in the Lois & Clark television series, and well-known character actor Monte Markham.

"Great ensembles of younger actors have been really hitting the mark lately, in TV shows like 'Glee' and in films like the Twilight series. Our cast is a group of amazing up-and-coming young actors, together with some established stars," says Black Wing Digital producer Meryem Ersoz.

Principal photography begins in May. The film will be set in some of Boulder's most unique and beautiful locations. "I can't wait to see the characters brought to life here," says Ersoz.
