Egypt Central's 'White Rabbit' Makes Strong Debut Its First Week Out
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ ABC PR) EGYPT CENTRAL fans have spoken. They've been raving about the album on the band's Facebook and Twitter pages since the May 31 release of the Memphis band's highly anticipated WHITE RABBIT album. And now, thanks to those devoted and outspoken fans, the album will make its debut on SoundScan's "Current Hard Music Albums" chart at No 5 next week. It also debuts at No 78 on Billboard's "Top 200 Albums" chart.

The first single, title track "White Rabbit," is making its way up the Active Rock Radio chart, currently sitting at No 19 and rising. Over 21,000 digital downloads of the single have been purchased since its March 1 release. A Mason Dixon-directed music video for the song can be seen here: https://youtu.be/Um8EEzl42PQ.

WHITE RABBIT has been racking up rave reviews from the press as well:

"...the album doesn't have any letdowns. Fans already won over by Egypt Central's previous record will recognize the band's original sound here, and new listeners will be taken a wild ride to a strange, dark wonderland and back. Follow the White Rabbit."
- Revolver

"Egypt Central have managed to take the best qualities of turn-of-the-century nu-metal, update them for the modern world and add a dark melodic sense to create a sound that's sinisterly catchy." - Guitar World

"...an intelligent, thought-provoking, well-written album that is already started to make an impact with both fans and critics alike. White Rabbit should bring a more-than-deserved jump-start to Egypt Central's career and position the band for continued success." - Creative Loafing

"This is the ever-elusive perfect assembly of kick ass rock 'n' roll...this album is a virtual cornucopia of bonafide hits. Already the leading candidate for my album of the year, this is a MUST HAVE. VERY, VERY HIGHLY recommended. 10 out of 10 rating." - Away-Team.com

"From clean guitar melodies over power chords, to acoustic guitar backups set nicely under the mix, the soundscape, as a whole, is simply powerful in a way that goes beyond what a good riff can achieve by itself... White Rabbit may very well be their ticket to the big time."
