New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ I AM PR Agency) Urban Rock band, White House Band (Cap City Records) is pleased to announce its participation in the 7th annual A3C Festival, the largest Hip Hop festival in the Southeast. The festival will take place October 6, 7, and 8 2011 at the Masquerade in Atlanta, GA.
This represents a big milestone in the band's career, as it will be the 3rd festival the band is involved in, with appearances also scheduled for the CMJ 2011 and SXSW 2012.
Founded in February 2010, and lead by David E Beats, the White House Band has had a phenomenal rise, going from the open mic scene (during Beats early days as as a solo act) to co-headlining with household names on the indie/major scene (Das, Racist, Homeboy Sandman, Outasight,Phil Ade, and more).
Beats is a force to be reckoned with on the Rap/Rock scene, leading his own concert series "Rap Rocks", as well as supervising its growing online platform www.raprocks.net, reporting news in both genres.
"It feels good to be involved in bigger and bigger shows!", says Beats. "I'm looking forward to sharing the stage with incredible artists and getting to perform in the southeast!"
The White House Band brings its own personal touch to Hip Hop by mixing it with Blues, and Rock.

Now heading into its 7th year, the A3C Hip Hop Festival is a 2 day, 3 night event held annually in Atlanta, GA featuring live performances from some of Hip Hop's most talented artists. Through the support of its fans, the A3C has grown into the largest Hip Hop Festival in the Southeast US drawing over 12,000 people in 2010.
About White House Band
Brooklyn-based, White House Band is a loud, captivating, and energetic one-man band combining Rap, Hard Rock and Blues in its recordings. Since the formation in February 2010, the band has performed at the Time Out NY Make Music festival, headlined The DIY Bushwick Music Festival, participated in The YUME Fest, CMJ 2010, and SXSW 2011. Among its music influences, the band lists Black Sabbath, Miles Davis, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Buddy Rich, Metallica, and Guitar players like Eric Johnson, Marty Friedman, Jimmy Page and of course Hendrix. The band released its debut EP "The Method" on July 15th, 2010 and has been touring locally in support of the EP. The band'second project, "The Stimulus Package EP" was released on February 14th, 2011 via Cap City Records.
