Becoming Chingy!

ATLANTA, Georgia (Chingy Forums) - A member of a Georgia State University fraternity is in trouble after a hip-hop themed costume party costume went too far. The student, referred to only as "Bill" chose to dress up as his favourite rapper, Chingy. The white partygoer appeared in black face, dressed head to toe in hip hop gear. Though he was told to immediately wash off the make-up, the damage was done.
The University has handed down sanctions against "Bill" who claims he had no idea of the history and connotations of blackface.
