Gina Sicilia Nominated For A Blues Blast Award!

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ da Silva Artists) Gina Sicilia is on fire! In 2008 she was nominated for "Best New Artist Debut" at the Blues Music Awards and just released her 3rd album with the VizzTone Label Group. The album debuted at No 11 on the Living Blues Radio chart and was just nominated for a Blues Blast Music award in the "Sean Costello Rising Star" category. On 8/11 she will be opening for Joan Osborne at City Winery in New York City. This summer she has been on tour playing festivals and clubs in support of her critically acclaimed new release, "Can Control Myself".

Soon she will be shooting a music video for her single "Addicted" with Saturday Night Live commercial parody and Fun House series producer Tanya Ryno. Sicilia is thrilled to work with this female powerhouse. The video will be launched in early July.
