NEW YORK (W.Houston Fans Website) - Bobby Brown will have to stand a trial on charges of assaulting his superstar wife, Whitney Houston. In her first public appearance since being admitted to drug rehab last month, Houston stood by her man in court. The couple smiled at each other during a five-minute hearing in Atlanta, Georgia, at which Judge Barry Zimmerman ruled there was enough evidence to continue with the case. The singer was ordered to turn himself in to authorities by July 10 or July 11 for fingerprinting, after which he will be released on a $1,000 bond. The judge also warned Brown against 'violent contact' with Houston. He would later be released on bail. The couple left court arm-in-arm and refused to comment.
