Hottest hotties under 25

NEW YORK (Teen People) - Justin Timberlake sexy? You don't say. JT is just one of the many young, famous and beautiful stars to make this year's Teen People list of 25 hottest hotties under 25.

Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Norah Jones, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Usher, and the cast of the O.C. also made the list.

This year's list holds more than 25 names, with a rock group (Good Charlotte), TV ensemble ("The O.C".) and set of twins (the Olsens) each counting as one hot entry. The group has tremendous range, from actress and singer Hilary Duff, 17, to a new MTV personality, "Jackass' " Bam Margera, 23. Among Teen People's hot stars:
• Justin Timberlake, 23. He has gone from boy band to solo artist to movies; he's now filming "Edison" with Kevin Spacey.
• Grammy-nominated R&B artist Beyonce Knowles, 22. She also has made an impact as an actress in 2002's "Austin Powers in Goldmember" and next year's "The Pink Panther."
• TV comedian Nick Cannon, 23. He's a top-selling rapper and has a role in the upcoming Jennifer Lopez film "Shall We Dance?"
• Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, 17. The twins' franchise extends from their TV run on "Full House" to "New York Minute", in theaters this week. They also have ventures in video, fashion merchandising and publishing.
• Jessica Simpson, 23, is a huge success. She first appeared on Teen People's list in 2000, riding the pop wave with Mandy Moore, 20, and 2004's Christina Aguilera, 23, and Britney Spears, 22.
