Independent Label Irish Shred Records Releases Metal Single From Pursuit Of Power

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Irish Shred Records) Independent label Irish Shred Records have released a digital-only single by the metal band Pursuit Of Power. The song, also called Pursuit Of Power, is available on Apple iTunes, Emusic, Napster, Nokia, Tradebit, Verizon, Amazon MP3, Zune, Last.fm, Myspace Music, MediaNet, Deezer, GreatIndieMusic, 7digital, and CD Baby.

The Euro-style band was actually named after the song which was inspired by a vivid dream that guitarist Martin McCann had one night. He set out to recreate the music of a band that came to visit him in dreamland.

This release is just to get the ball rolling for the upcoming full-length CD by Pursuit Of Power later this year. Plans are being made to tour then.

Initial reactions have been extremely positive, as both the band and their self titled theme song have been quickly making fans all over the world.
