NEW YORK (Dido Fans Website) - The pop superstar Dido returned to perform in the United States for the first time in more than three years. She performed her first U.S. date on May 19 in Seattle, Washington at the Paramount Theater.
The tour, which includes stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, and Boston is in support of her 8x platinum (worldwide) smash album, 'Life For Rent.'
The album reached the No. 1 chart position in 22 countries, including the U.K. (7x platinum), Ireland (10x platinum), Singapore (7x platinum) and Australia (5x platinum).
In the U.S., Life For Rent has remained on the Billboard Top 200 album charts for 31 consecutive weeks, with the album on its way to 2 million sold in the States.
