Ibiza Rocks 2011 To Close With A Bang!; It Is Scheduled To Close With A Performance By Noah & The Whale
MANCHESTER, UK (Top40 Charts/ On the Beach Official Website) On the Beach, the UK's leading online travel agency, say that Ibiza Rocks is set to close in fine style this year. Ibiza Rocks hosts a series of fantastic music events throughout the summer - this year has seen appearances by Fatboy Slim, The Vaccines, Plan B and many other fine acts. It is set to close this year on September the 21st with a performance by Noah and the Whale.

On the Beach say that this series of concerts shows that there is more to Balearic Islands holidays than great resorts and sunny beaches, and that islands like Mallorca and Ibiza have become cultural hubs with a wide variety of activities and attractions.

Ibiza Rocks is based out of the Ibiza Rocks Hotel in San Antonia. There is a similar set up in Mallorca at the Mallorca Rocks Hotel - many acts appear at both venues as part of their tours.

Alistair Daly, Marketing Director of On the Beach, comments: "The Balearic Islands have long been a superb holiday destination: they provide great beaches, hotels, restaurants and weather alongside fantastic, affordable package deals. With the success of Ibiza Rocks this part of the world has only added to its appeal.

"Now Brits can head off on a holiday to Ibiza for a trip full of sun, sand and world-class musical performances. We anticipate that this event will once again draw in many music-lovers in 2012, especially if it can continue to deliver big name bands like Noah and the Whale."
