Dave Sharp To Play The Kerrytown Concerthouse!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Blue Pie) Jazz God and Blue Pie artist, Dave Sharp and the Secret Seven, is playing a show on the 28th of October in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. He will be playing the historical venue The Kerrytown Concerthouse, which is located at 415 N. 4th Avenue, Ann Arbor.

"They play infectious and joyous music that does not let up or lose momentum until the final note is played." —Michael G. Nastos, Allmusic.com

Native Detroiter, David Sharp became devoted to jazz at the University of Michigan and refined his chops under the tutelage of renowned bassist Herbie Lewis (McCoy Tyner, Cannonball Adderly, Les McCann) in San Francisco, as well as virtuoso bassist, composer and bandleader Marion Hayden (Straight Ahead) in Detroit. As bassist and composer for the modern jazz ensemble Spheres of Influence, and touring bassist for the seminal rock band The Melvins (Atlantic Records), Sharp has already made a mark on the national scene. Sharp lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he composes, records, teaches and performs.

Tickets for the Kerrytown Concerthouse show are $25 for rows 1 and 2, $15 for rows 3 -5, $10 for general admission and just $5 for students. Rows 1-5 are reserved seating. Tickets can be purchased from the Kerrytown Concerthouse website at kerrytownconcerthouse.com.

Plans are currently in the works for Dave Sharp and The Secret Seven to make appearances at a number of European jazz festivals and perhaps even a full European tour! Details will be announced soon.
