New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) The UK magazine Metal Hammer asked readers to vote for the best debut album of the last 25 years, as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations - and Slipknot fans responded in droves.
Not only did the band's 1999 debut album come in at No 1, it did so with nearly 1/3 of the more than 16,000 votes cast. Korn's self-titled debut and Machine Head's Burn My Eyes also placed in the Top Ten.
