Albuquerque, NM (Top40 Charts/ DSN Music) Southwest rock and blues fans will be able to enjoy the sounds of New Mexico's Rudy Boy Experiment and Tijerina, live in concert at the Albuquerque Blues Fiesta Friday November 11th.

Music presents this 1st annual presentation at The Cooperage, which will feature a night of non-stop blues and special guests. The event will also feature a giveaway to one lucky attendee of a new $900.00 Flat Rock Reverend guitar courtesy of Grandma's
Music and Sound. The giveaway will benefit the La Mesa Arts Academy in Albuquerque.
Veteran musician and event organizer Rudy Boy Jaramillo, will discuss details of the event this week on the radio with Erica Viking of The Coyote 102.5 FM.
The Rudy Boy Experiment features the multi-talented Rudy "Boy" Jaramillo on vocals as well as lead and rhythm guitar, Dave Pankuch on bass, and Ricardo Sanchez on drums, and has released two albums on DSN Music: "
Places" (2010) and "Volume 2" (2011). A new single "As The Cursor Blinks" from The Rudy Boy Experiment, will be featured on the upcoming compilation album "On The Prowl" from Tom Kat Records.
Todd Tijerina (Tee-her-ee-na) worked as a guitarist for
Chicago blues veterans Byther Smith, Harmonica Hinds, Jumpin' Willie Cobb, Kax and the Blacklight Show, BB's daughter, Shirley King, and others. Migrating to Albuquerque in December of 2000, Todd brings his
Chicago experiences to the region, though his music is categorized as blues-rock, you can hear jazz and funk influences in his song writing and playing.
