TouchTunes Celebrates The Best Of Pink Floyd!

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ TouchTunes ) It's been a great year for Pink Floyd fans! In May of 2011, the internationally celebrated English rock band announced "Why Pink Floyd…?", a massive re-issue campaign meant to deepen and expand the band's extraordinary musical legacy. The celebration began on September 26th with a remastered The Dark Side of the Moon, released both as a six-disc "Immersion" box set, as well as a two-disc "Experience" set and a vinyl LP. Fourteen remastered Pink Floyd albums were also released at that time, both separately and as a box set. On November 7th, Wish You Were Here will be released in five-disc and two-disc versions, along with a single-disc greatest hits collection, A Foot in the Door: The Best of Pink Floyd. To wrap up the "Why Pink Floyd?" initiative, on February 27th, The Wall will appear in a seven-disc "Immersion" version and a three-disc "Experience" set.

As part of the worldwide celebration, TouchTunes will feature a promotion for A Foot in the Door: The Best of Pink Floyd timed with the re-issues release date across digital jukeboxes nationwide. In addition, TouchTunes is offering Pink Floyd fans a chance to win the Ultimate Pink Floyd Prize Pack, including a snare drum autographed by Nick Mason and a The Dark Side of the Moon Immersion box set.
