Jessie J To Perform On Fox's "The X Factor"

NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Universal Republic Records) While in the midst of recovering from a serious injury earlier this year, JESSIE J will make a special appearance in the U.S., performing on Fox's hit television show, "The X Factor".

Regrettably, due to Jessie's injury to her foot, she had to cancel several dates in the US for this fall and winter, including the Katy Perry tour, to which she was looking forward to supporting Katy at the end of this month. This was on account of her doctor advising against long distance travel as a projection of how quickly her injury would heal.

For the past few months JESSIE has been on the road to recovery, working hard on rehabilitation with a team of devoted doctors in the UK. This progress has led to JESSIE now being able to travel to the USA for two one off appearances - X Factor this week and VH1 Diva's in mid-December.

As she continues that careful healing regiment, she'll give American audiences a memorable show on "The X Factor" on November 10, 2011. However, for JESSIE J, this only serves as a prelude to the surprises that she has in store for her fans stateside.

"During this whole recovery process, my U.S. fans have been on my mind," she says. "All I can think about is coming back to America and giving those loyal fans who have supported me so much something really wonderful. I promise you it's just around the corner and it starts with "The X Factor". I've been gone for too long. I'm feeling a bit better, but I'm not there yet. As soon as I'm fully healed, I'll be back for a proper run. Until then, thank you for the support. I'm here because of you and I'll heal because of you."
