'American Music Awards New Media Honors' Presented By Suntrust In Association With First Annual American Music Conference Co-produced By Variety

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ dick clark productions) Orly Adelson, president, dick clark productions (dcp) and Ariel Elazar, VP digital distribution and brand licensing, dcp, announced the inaugural 'American Music Awards New Media Honors', presented by SunTrust, which will take place November 18th as part of the first annual, American Music Conference co-produced by Variety at the Event Deck at L.A. LIVE.

The event will honor the work of Web Content Creators who leverage their musical talent to engage viewers and audiences worldwide. The honors will be given in the male, female and group categories during the Music Conference Luncheon.

'The American Music Awards has always been on the cutting edge of music. And this year, we are embracing a new breed of artist that has emerged online who entertains and engages millions worldwide,' jointly stated Adelson and Elazar.

This year's honorees include DeStorm, Christina Grimmie and Karmin.
