Gym Class Heroes' Latest Album "The Papercut Chronicles II" Arrives As "Stereo Hearts (feat. Adam Levine)" Spends 3rd Consecutive Week At No 1!
NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Decaydance/ Fueled By Ramen Records) Decaydance/Fueled By Ramen recording group Gym Class Heroes has announced today's release of their new album, "THE PAPERCUT CHRONICLES II." The album - which includes the No 1 hit, "Stereo Hearts (Feat. Adam Levine)" - is in stores and available at all leading digital retailers now.

"THE PAPERCUT CHRONICLES II" sees Gym Class Heroes continuing to push the envelope with their trademark fusion of rock, pop, and alternative hip-hop. The exhilarating collection finds the band collaborating with a stellar line-up of studio talents and special guests, including such top stars as Adam Levine, Ryan Tedder, Oh Land, and Neon Hitch.

GCH will celebrate the album's arrival with a number of high profile TV appearances. First up, the band will rock the Thursday, November 17th edition of NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, followed by a performance of "Stereo Hearts" with Adam Levine on ABC's annual American Music Awards extravaganza, slated for Sunday, November 20th (check local listings). GCH will also visit the nationally syndicated Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Wednesday, November 23rd. Next, GCH will hit NBC's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, December 8th for the debut TV performance of "Ass Back Home (Feat. Neon Hitch)," the second single from "THE PAPERCUT CHRONICLES II."

As if all that weren't enough, GCH frontman Travie McCoy - who recently teamed up with Adam Levine and Maroon 5 for a very special performance of "Stereo Hearts" on NBC's Saturday Night Live - will join Estelle and The Roots for a remarkable rendition of the Teddy Pendergrass classic, "Wake Up Everybody," on the eagerly awaited VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul special, slated to air Monday, December 19th.

"Stereo Hearts" is now in its third consecutive week as the No 1 song at CHR/Top 40 radio outlets nationwide, while also scoring top 10 airplay at Rhythmic. Produced by Benny Blanco (Wiz Khalifa, Santigold) and Robopop, the track is also a top 5 favorite on Billboard's "Hot 100" chart, as well as top 3 on the "Radio Songs" ranking and a top 10 "Digital Songs" smash with total sales now exceeding 1.5 million.

What's more, the "Stereo Hearts" companion video clip - directed by Hiro Murai (Lupe Fiasco, Bloc Party, B.o.B) - has been added across all MTV platforms, as well as Fuse and VH1, where it reached the top slot on the VH1 Top 20 Video Countdown. The video is streaming now at Fueled By Ramen's official YouTube channel (located at www.youtube.com/user/FueledByRamen) where it has received over 36 million views and counting.

In addition, the "Stereo Hearts" lyric video - featured at Fueled By Ramen's YouTube channel - has proven nearly as popular, earning more than 10 million views. The clip recently received a "Best Lyrics Video" nomination from MTV's O Music Awards, celebrating the best in digital music.

Gym Class Heroes will kick off the Christmas season performing at an array of holiday radio concerts, including Z100's annual Jingle Ball extravaganza, slated for Friday, December 9th at New York City's world-famous Madison Square Garden. The itinerary follows Gym Class Heroes' summer stint as one of the top acts headlining Vans Warped Tour '11, as well as at September's sold-out FBR15 series of multi-artist concerts at New York City's Terminal 5. The band was also among the artists who took part in AT&T's recent "Music For You" concert series. Their live performance from Dallas is currently being presented to fans through a range of AT&T multimedia platforms, including AT&T U-verse TV On Demand, U-verse Online at www.att.net/gymclassheroes, and U-verse Mobile App.
