Sheryl Crow Added To Capital Hoedown's Star-studded Line-up

OTTAWA, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ Capital Hoedown Official Website) Concert International Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of award winning music artist Sheryl Crow to the Capital Hoedown 2012 schedule. Sheryl Crow will be part of the Sunday evening line-up that includes Brad Paisley.

Crow literally grew up in a small town 100 miles from Memphis- something that informed not only her musical taste, but also how she looks at life. "The music that came out of that part of the world is a part of who I am," Crow has said. The Missouri native rose to prominence when her debut album Tuesday Night Music Club began climbing the charts in 1994, fueled by the success of the single "Leaving Las Vegas." That debut album received five nominations at the Grammy Awards in 1995, winning Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, Record of the Year, and Best New Artist. Crow has won a total of 9 Grammy Awards from 32 nominations, and has also been awarded by the American Music Awards, ASCAP Awards, Orville H. Gibson Awards, and People's Choice Awards.

Sheryl joins a star-studded lineup of artists performing at Capital Hoedown on August 10, 11, and 12 including super star Taylor Swift, along with Reba, Brad Paisley, The Band Perry, Ronnie Dunn, Terri Clark, Gord Bamford, Dean Brody, Tara Oram, Marshall Dane, Chad Brownlee and High Valley. Additional country music icons will be announced leading up to the festival.
