Music is at the heartbeat of percussionist
William Johnson. Influenced by the creativity of other musicians he admired inspired his new CD project "Flor de Vida" The threshold of this music took two years, incorportating sixteen musicians where a selected few were Grammy award-winning artists.

As President of the Heartbeat for Worship Association, Johnson became the Founder of the Multi-cultural percussion event "The Heartbeat for Worship Celebration" featuring percussion and music from around the world with award-winning artistry. The 5th annual Multi-Cultural Fest is slated for October of 2012.
Not only is
William a musician, evangelist and philanthropist, he is also a producer working on his graduate studies in cultural and ethnic history. Currently in research mode as he assembles a documentary that features the history and evolution of the importance of diversity of music in the church.
As owner of an independent music label, Johnson offers the platform to fellow worship leaders from Latin dance, urban pop, rock and other diversified genres the opportunity to find promotion for their artistry. His work is reveled in publications that support his quest, ie. Unity in Christ Magazine, Latin Beat columns and radio hit lists in Los Angeles and Columbia. As an educator, Johnson has created a new series for percussion which is presented in podcast form that attracts thousands of followers and has begun taking his knowledge to the Skype platform.
