Jay L's Blackbook EP A Star In The Making

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ GarageDog Records) The Detroit native, known as Jay L, is already making ripples in the Hip-Hop community, social networks and music in general.

In just a little over a month after being signed to GarageDog Records in December of 2011, Jay L has already completed his first release entitled "Blackbook", and has "quite a following already with over 10,000 followers on Twitter and growing popularity on Facebook as well.

Blackbook is five song EP disc with tracks that people are already labeling as "hits", including a track called "My Gift" and "Way We Live".

GarageDog Records owner and lead vocalist for the band Circle7, Mark Thomas said "Jay is funny, he's a genuinely good person and hard worker. We expect a lot from him and he delivers. We expect to see him rise to the top."

"Blackbook" is set to release on January 31st, 2012 but traffic to his page on GarageDog Records' website is already showing a lot of interest from fans with over 2,500 hits in the last two days.
