NEW YORK (Jane's Addiction Fans Website) - Just a day after the cancellation of this summer's Lollapalooza, another of Perry Farrell's projects appears to have bitten the dust.

The reformed Jane's Addiction has split, according to Jane's Fans Website. The fansite quotes a statement allegedly from the band that reads, "It simply didn't work out. We are all extremely creative and motivated people and I know we will continue to create and work on many different projects."
Representatives of the band's label were unavailable for comment.
