The Muse Behind The Music, A New Radio Show From Hay House Radio, The World's Leading Self-help Publisher, Launches With Artists Melissa Etheridge And Tom Delonge
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Hay House Radio) Musicians are in constant need of inspiration, and often, there is a very deep, almost spiritual, purpose behind their music. Knowing the "muse behind the music" reveals humanity behind their artistic expression and connects us even closer to their songs. Interviews with consciously aware artists may not be uncommon, but a show dedicated to the inspiration behind their music is a first of its kind. SoundWave: The Muse Behind the Music is a new interview-based show on HayHouseRadio.com, reaching nearly 1 million listeners per month on the radio network of the world's leading self-help and motivational publisher, Hay House. SoundWave, a weekly show airing Fridays, debuted in February 2012 featuring in-depth interviews with well-known musicians like Melissa Etheridge and Tom Delonge of Angels & Airwaves and Blink 182.

Much like its umbrella company, Hay House, best known for founder Louise Hay and self-help authors like Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, SoundWave features all original music with a positive and empowering message; it asks the artists where they go for inspiration and what influences them artistically and spiritually. Not just a regular music show, SoundWave explores many universal themes like love, overcoming obstacles, and life challenges that everyone can relate to. SoundWave presents music as an inspiration and healer to people all over the world.

"Many of our engineers here at HayHouseRadio.com are accomplished musicians, like Kyle Thompson, a long-time San Diego producer and engineer, and Steve Morris, previously of Unwritten Law, and we wanted to get a music show on the air that features artists and music with a message," says network radio manager Diane Ray. "Surprisingly, many artists want to share their ideas about spirituality, creativity, and music as a healing force. It has been great to connect with so many like-minded people. We will continue to present music and artists from all around the world as a way of bringing the listener into the creative process and letting them know what moves and inspires artists to perform."

SoundWave airs every Friday at 12 pm PT/3 pm ET with replays throughout the weekend. Artists are encouraged to tell their stories and submit original songs for airplay through the HayHouseRadio.com Facebook page.
