Steve Aoki Ft Kid Cudi & Travis Barker Releases New Single 'Cudi The Kid'
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Chilli PR) Keeping the momentum going after his Deadmeat Tour, Steve Aoki continues to bring his debut studio album 'Wonderland' to life with his new single 'Cudi the Kid', featuring Travis Barker and Kid Cudi.

The AMAZING new video from the DJ, Club promoter, Label owner and record producer is like a dark LSD trip and features mini-look-a-likes of Aoki, Cudi and Barker's actual son Landon.

In this unique sounding record, Aoki's grinding electronic grooves and Blink-182 drummer-turned solo star Travis Barker's schizophrenic percussion rhythms set the mood as Ohio-born alt-hip-hop heavyweight Kid Cudi delivers a hazy account of his rise to prominence.

As well as his weekly Dim Mak nights and record label, which broke bands such as Bloc Party, The Bloody Beetroots, Klaxons and The Gossip, Steve is also a clothing (and shoe) designer - he has his own label called Dim Mak Collection, he has designed his own headphones and is a founding partner in a headphone company, he co-owns two restaurants and a management company, not to mention creating his own magazine. He also launched and develops a website for college students called Pillowface and his father was a former Japanese Olympic wrestler, who also founded the restaurant chain Benihana!

Back to music and he has collaborated with many other artists including The Bloody Beetroots, Armand Van Helden, Afrojack, Laidback Luke and Sidney Sampson and has remixed many artists and bands including The Jackson 5, Drake, Kanye West, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Mike Posner, All American Rejects, The Killers, Lenny Kravitz, Bloc Party, Snoop Dogg, and Robin Thicke.

As well as all this, he tours relentlessly - he has just finished his very successful Deadmeat tour and is now set to release the third UK single from his debut artist album 'Wonderland'...

Remixes of 'Cudi the Kid' are available now via Ultra Music, with remixes from Third Party, Lucky Date, Designer Drugs, Kissy Sell Out, Tai, and Mysto & Pizzi.
