NEW YORK (Velvet Revolver newsletter) - Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland pleaded no contest to a DUI charge on Friday. Weiland was charged after he drove his BMW into a parked van in Los Angeles last October.
The singer will be back in court for sentencing on Thursday.
Velvet Revolver have been touring small venues sporadically since the release of their chart-topping debut, "Contraband".
