LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Earshot Media) Santa Barbara's Staring Back made a name for itself via a string of albums on Lobster Records (Yellowcard, Over It) in the early 90's and now ShopRadioCast is reissuing ON, the now inactive band's 2002 lost classic, as a double vinyl gatefold LP which includes a never-before-released bonus track.
