Miami, FL (Top40 Charts/ Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes) Hip-hop artist Young Star has released the mixtape, "The Industry Takeover." The 15 track project is presented by Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Promotion and is available for download.
Young Star grew up in California until he moved to Oklahoma in his early teen years. As a huge hip-hop lover, he began rapping at 13. After practicing and working hard to improve his style, he started to take his passion for being in the music industry more seriously. By 19, his name was mentioned in many industry circles earning him the name "The King of Oklahoma."
In 2006, he got a management deal with Muziq Breakerz Ent and his career took off. He started touring more and proved that he was able to rock with some of hip-hop's best. His stage performances got him notoriety for being on point and very energetic. After releasing several mixtapes, he won 7 individual awards at Oklahoma mixtape award shows in 2008 including "Lyricist of the Year," Artist of the Year," and "Most Known Artist of the Year."
