You're A Lie" vaults to the #1 spot this week at Active Rock. The explosive songis the first track from SLASH's second solo album APOCALYPTIC LOVE, which was released May 22 and entered the BillboardTop 200 Albums Chart at #4, marking the top rock debut that week. Watch the video for "

This news comes as SLASH Featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators-Myles Kennedy (vocals), Brent Fitz (drums) and Todd Kerns (bass)-are coming off a successful European trek and getting ready to launch a summer headlining tour July 12 in Portland, OR. Meanwhile, on July 10, the iconic Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will be honored with his own star on the Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame.
APOCALYPTIC LOVE also entered the Top 5 in seven countries outside the U.S.: Canada (#2),Australia (#2), New Zealand (#1), Germany (#5), France (#7), Japan (#2), Sweden (#4) and Switzerland (#3). All the songs on APOCALYPTIC LOVE (Dik Hayd International, distributed through EMI Label Services) were written together by SLASH and Myles Kennedy.
SLASH and his band are riding a wave of critical acclaim with a four-star review in
