NEW YORK (Universal Records) - Cash Money/Universal Records is dominating the charts with, Lil Wayne, Juvenile and Teena Marie. The label is enjoying success with Lil Wayne's highest solo album debut ever, Teena Marie's No 1 single and Juvenile's biggest radio hit to date.

Cash Money's prodigy child, Lil Wayne's fourth solo CD, The Carter snatched the No 5 spot on Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. Fueled by the bass heavy single "Bring It Back," The Carter was the No 1 selling album through out the south. The youngest member of the Cash Money family, just 21 years old, Lil Wayne's, CD is on its way to being as successful as his previous projects (platinum certified, (1999) The Block Is Hot and gold certified (2000) Lights Out, and (2002) 500 Degreez).

CMR successfully launched their new imprint Cash Money Classics with legendary blue-eyed songstress Teena Marie's album La Dona. The critically acclaimed CD's debut single "Still In Love," is No 1 on the Adult Contemporary radio chart for the fourth week. The CD, La Dona remains in the top 5 of Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop charts since its May release date.

Teena Marie is currently on tour and recently shot a video for her second single, "A Rose By Any Other Name" featuring R&B crooner Gerald Levert and directed by Randy St. Nichols.

Juvenile's Cash Money release is platinum bound with the smash hit "Slow Motion," from the gold certified CD Juve The Great. The single featuring the late Soulja Slim is the Np 1 song on both R&B/Hip-Hop and Rap Charts. "Slow Motion" marks the rapper's biggest crossover radio hit to date.

Mannie Fresh, CMR's in-house producer and the hit-maker behind the songs mentioned above plans to release his solo debut album, as Grammy nominated rapper, Cash Money's CEO Bryan "Baby" Williams is preparing his sophomore CD.
CMR's CEO Ronald "Slim" Williams said, " we are proud of the level of success we've been able to achieve with Universal Records. The label will announce new signings shortly.
