The Smashing Pumpkins To Perform On The Tonight Show With Jay Leno Thursday, August 23

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ MSO PR) THIS JUST IN: THE SMASHING PUMPKINS will perform "The Celestials" from their current album OCEANIA this Thursday, August 23 on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," their first national television performance since the album's release.

The band-singer/guitarist BILLY CORGAN, guitarist JEFF SCHROEDER, drummer MIKE BYRNE and bassist NICOLE FIORENTINO-are coming off a successful tour of Australia, New Zealand and South Koreathat ran from July 26-August 14.
They headlined festivals and, at their own shows, performed the acclaimed OCEANIA in full, followed by a set of classics and deep cuts.
