10 Years: Preps For "Cutting Like Knives Tour" Kicking Off September 18 In Cleveland, OH

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ MSO PR) 10 YEARS is getting ready to hit the road again after celebrating the release of their new album, MINUS THE MACHINE. For their fifth full-length album the band took total control self-releasing on their own Palehorse Records in partnership with Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group (ILG), self-producing and recording in drummer/guitarist BRIAN VODINH's personal home studio. The artistic freedom paid off as MINUS THE MACHINEdebuted #26 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart with nearly 12,000 copies sold in the first week. 10 YEARS is now taking the new music direct to their fans with support from The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and The Last Place You Look. 10 YEARS maintains a close connection with their dedicated fans and looks forward to touring. "After the last touring cycle, we realized where we should strive to be, and that's to be totally fine in the club environment," says lead singer JESSE HASEK. "We don't plan to chase after arena rock or amphitheaters. If things like that happen, then so be it, but we live and die by the loyalty of the club audiences. Our fans are loyal. They travel with us, and they want us to be loyal to ourselves. That's what keeps them coming back. What we tried to do on this album is really give them what they want and what they need because they've been so good to us through the ups and downs of our career."
