New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Blackberry Smoke host their first annual "Brothers and Sisters Festival" on
September 8th at the Masquerade
Music Park in Atlanta, Georgia. Declared "a band that can reclaim Southern Rock for the South" (Washington Post), the headliners bring along fellow Southern Rock stalwarts to complete the bill: North Mississippi Allstars, Unknown Hinson, Reynolds & Williams Band, and Nathan
Nelson & the Entertainment Crackers. A special guest M.C. will be announced soon.
Blackberry Smoke's latest studio album 'The Whippoorwill,' is out now on Zac Brown's label Southern Ground Artists. The album offers an "amazing collection of Southern Rockers and a few epic-sounding ballads" (Billboard), but front man Charlie Starr says that "it's not about what kind of music it is, as long as it's good and it's honest."
