Parallel Entertainment Signs Singer/Songwriter Kayla Conn
Nashville, TN (Top40 Charts/ Webster & Associates) Parallel Entertainment is delighted to welcome Kayla Conn to their management roster. A singer, guitarist and songwriter-Kayla is a gifted performer and writer who makes it look easy. She started singing at the age of 3, picked up a guitar at the young age of 10, started writing her own music at 12 and has not looked back. Kayla's passion to write has led her to travel between Nashville and Texas writing with award winning co-writers, such as Billy Dean, George Teren, Jenn Schott and Ben Stennis. Parallel Entertainment has big hopes for this 15-year-old newcomer who recently opened up for the season ten winner of American Idol, Scotty McCreery.

"At such a young age, Kayla has proven herself a talented singer and songwriter," said C.T. Wyatt, manager for Parallel Entertainment. "We're honored to be with Kayla at the beginning of what promises to be a long and successful career."

Grounded by her faith in God, love of family and fearless nature, Kayla is a humble young lady who makes the most of every opportunity to write new music and play for a crowd. She recently finished shooting her first music video for her new iTunes release, "Memory for Two." The song, dedicated to her grandparents, raises awareness of Alzheimer's disease. "Memory for Two" was co-written with Brian White and Karyn Williams and produced by Blake Bollinger. Blake is also co-writing and developing Kayla's upcoming project.

Kayla, who is getting ready to start her sophomore year at Cypress Ranch High School in Cypress, TX, envisions herself moving to Nashville very soon.

"Music is my life, my story, a part of everything I am," says Kayla.
