The band's song Bring Me To Life is yet again back in the iTunes top 40 after being featured on last weekend's X Factor, adding to its 46 million YouTube views. Their new single Lost In Paradise is out on Nov 12th, you can listen to singer Amy Lee's soaring vocals and haunting piano here:
Amy commented "Lost in Paradise has a special place in my heart, definitely one of my favorite songs from our latest album. It's a confession - I am imperfect. I am broken. I am human. As strong as I am, I have a breaking point, and accepting that sets me free. When you've been hurt badly it can be the hardest thing in the world to make yourself vulnerable again - but the music, and the unity that it brings, saves me from the fear."
As well as being nominated for an MTV EMA in the Best World Stage category in the upcoming November 11th awards, Amy Lee was chosen as the recipient of the Luella Bennack Award at United Cerebral Palsy's 11th Annual Women Who Care Luncheon, for her work with the Out of The Shadows charity. The band also played at the Nobel Peace Prize concert in Oslo at the end of last year.
