Chattanooga, TN (Top40 Charts/ Unsatisfied Official Website) On Halloween rock group The Unsatisfied released "Morbius", the third official video from their latest effort "Songs the Belt Taught Us", on the group's YouTube channel. The video was filmed, edited and directed by The Unsatisfied's bassist, E.T., and filmed in several locations, including Snodgrass Hill and Wilder's Tower at the Chickamauga National Battlefield. "We tried to get that old horror movie vibe," says E.T. "Morbius is a dark character surrounded in blood and strife. We thought, what better place to pick up on those things than an area where some of our own relatives struggled and died. We all have a lot of respect for the land, especially on hallowed ground like that.
The shots there were much heavier and darker than the cemetery scenes, there's a reason for that." Eric Scealf, vocalist for The Unsatisfied says, "I wrote Morbius based on the Stan Lee character from the Marvel Comics series. Morbius was one of Spiderman's nemeses, but I always identified with him. He was a vampire, but tortured with guilt over his victims. The inner turmoil of the character always drew me to him, I really felt for him. It was cool to be able to put my interpretation of him on video"
