All About Death, But It Simply Won't Die
Olsztyn, Poland (Top40 Charts/ Desolator Official Website) Dead for almost 20 years, it managed to survive in extremely hostile conditions almost unaffected. The death metal beast rises once again to cast its unholy spells against all opposition and all odds. Prepare for the attack.

Marek Makosiej, one of the founders of Desolator, the reborn death metal monster, says: "20 years after the first roar, Desolator is back from the grave with some unfinished business to settle." Makosiej continues: "It's been like a thorn in the heart through all these years that so many good tracks that people got mad to during gigs with such killing squads like Vader or Christ Agony in the '90s could simply die forgotten. So the beast has been unleashed again and ready to possess the souls of death metal maniacs all over the world. Seek shelter if you dare."

Desolator was founded in Olsztyn in 1989 by Marek Makosiej (g./voc.) and Arek "Jasiu" Jankowski (dr.) as a grindcore band. Soon after discovering Napalm Death's "Scum", they also discovered death metal bands such as Benediction, Bolt Thrower, Entombed or Morbid Angel and started to move in that direction. Together with Tomek "Orze³ek" Orze³ (b.g./voc.) and Radek Lewandowski (g.), in 1992, they recorded their first demo tape "…without anaesthetization…". 20 years later, Desolator is back with their debut album containing all the stuff they had ever created recorded from scratch. "Last Wish" will be released on 5th December 2012 and available in digital distribution from all major music sites like iTunes or CDBaby. The first single of this record, "Born of Sin (9)", is already free to listen for all death metal maniacs out there through Soundcloud and Bandcamp.
