Aerosmith And Friends In Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts) They came, they conquered. AEROSMITH blew the roof off of Staples Center in Los Angeles this past Monday (December 3). The fever pitch intensified when Steven Tyler (vocals), Joe Perry(guitar), Brad Whitford (guitar), Tom Hamilton (bass) and Joey Kramer (drums) were joined onstage by their MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION! guitar-slinging guest star Johnny Depp(pictured below) for two songs (AEROSMITH's version of the classic "Stop Messin' Around" from their 2004 Honkin' on Bobo album and The Beatles' "Come Together" which AEROSMITHrecorded for the soundtrack of the 1978 film Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in which the band also appeared). Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Izzy Stradlin also sat in withAEROSMITH on a high-octane version of the band's classic "Mama Kin," a song Stradlin's former band covered.

AEROSMITH is in the midst of the second leg of The Global Warming Tour in support of MUSIC FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION! The album was recorded in Los Angeles and at the band's studio in Massachusetts; it was produced by Jack Douglas, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, with the exception of three tracks produced by Tyler and Marti Frederiksen. The album abounds with one highlight after another, including "Out Go The Lights," "Oh Yeah," "Luv XXX," "We All Fall Down," "Street Jesus" and "Can't Stop Loving You," on which Tyler duets with Carrie Underwood. The album also includes "Freedom Fighter" which features Johnny Depp on backing vocals. The album's first two singles have been released simultaneously to radio and are now lighting up the airwaves: "What Could Have Been Love" at Hot AC and "Lover A Lot" at Rock, Active Rock, and Classic Rock. The Live Nation-produced tour will include support act Cheap Trick. Tickets are on sale at www.LiveNation.com. For VIP ticket packages, including opportunities to meet band members, backstage tours, great tickets and more, visit www.Aeroforceone.com.
