New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Robb Flynn of Machine Head used to write diaries on the band's website, MachineHead1.com, pretty regularly, but life got in the way - as he puts it, "between touring and all the demands of Machine Head, as well as being a husband, and full-time Dad to two young boys when I'm not on tour, I just haven't had the time. On top of that, my diaries had snowballed into epic endeavors that seemed to demand more and more with every installment and that just started to overwhelm the whole process." But as you've probably guessed, he's back at it!
He's just posted a new diary entry (https://bit.ly/TMSh54), which includes his thoughts on one of his favorite albums of the year - Stone Sour's House of Gold & Bones Part 1 (hey, that's one of our favorite albums of 2012, too!) - and performing at the memorial service for Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker, who died in a motorcycle accident in December. Watch the clip of Robb singing Black Sabbath's "Die Young," and talking about his friendship with Mitch, above.
