Geek Rockers Hyperspace To Release First EP "And It's You"

Atlanta, GA (Top40 Charts) HYPERSPACE announces February 1st, 2013 as the official release date for their first e.p. "And It's You".

Atlanta's HYPERSPACE, comprised of vocalist/guitarist Jason Kochis, bassist/vocalist David Tock, and drummer Ryan Paul, is a band adept at creating catchy punk rock tunes which they affectionately refer to as "Geek Rock". The e.p. is comprised of songs about girls, Star Wars, love, self deprecation, and breakups.

HYPERSPACE recorded "And It's You" with Jason Andrews (THE BASTARD SUNS, FRESHMAN 15, SIMPLE AS SURGERY, VON GREY) at Spotlight Sound Studio. The songs were mixed by Rob Dyson (THE NUMBER EXCHANGE, HORRIBLE IDEA, THE GOOD GRACES) at Wizkid Sound and mastered by Rodney Mills (RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, LOCAL H, PEARL JAM, MATTHEW SWEET) at Rodney Mills Masterhouse.

The seven song e.p. is a mixture of distorted guitars, simplistic arrangements, and urgent rhythms. "The whole process has been interesting and I hope everyone really enjoys the songs," said guitarist Jason Kochis.
