NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal team is certainly earning its keep these days.

This week, three issues have been resolved with the oft-troubled rapper. On Wednesday (Sept. 5), the scooter traffic charges against Combs were dismissed by a Miami court. Combs was charged for allegedly illegally passing several cars on Ocean Drive in Miami's trendy South Beach area on a scooter on April 14. He was only facing a fine of under $100.

Next up was the child support case with Combs' former girlfriend -- model Kim Porter, who is the mother of his youngest child, Christian Casey Combs. The two reached a tentative, undisclosed agreement on child support on Wednesday.

Also on Wednesday, the Daily News reported that Combs was fined $350 by a Long Island, N.Y., judge for cutting down protected vegetation (sea-grass and blueberry bushes, to be exact) at his East Hampton home.

And, if that's not enough, the verdict is still out on whether Miami officials will charge Combs with reckless driving for allegedly nearly hitting a pedestrian and running a red light while driving a Ferrari in town in June.
