This February 2013 kicks off with ResidentAdvisor's #1 Top DJ of 2012, the inimitable Seth Troxler and resident DJ Lauren Lane, with the following weeks studded by a who's who of global talent: Deniz Kurtel, LA techno trendsetters Droog, Franck Roger, Guy Gerber, Hot Creations with Lee Foss, MK & Anabel Englund, Infinity Ink, Martin Buttrich and many more to be announced in the coming weeks. Stay tuned as SOUND continues to bring the most cutting-edge techno and house music artists to LA's newest nightlife hotspot.

Los Angeles based luxury hospitality and development company, Muse Lifestyle Group, unveiled SOUND on New Year's Eve 2013. Following an extensive renovation, the nightclub occupies the venue formerly known as Element at 1642 Las Palmas Avenue. SOUND features an impressive range of nightlife and design amenities that exhibit Muse's commitment to innovating hospitality.

SOUND embodies a nightlife experience that captures the eclectic, yet unmistakable style and energy of those unique individuals who define contemporary art, music and culture in Los Angeles. Blending modern décor with raw, industrial touches, SOUND presents modern creative concepts from iCrave Design, such as an expansive sunken dance floor, elevated DJ booth, spacious private tables with unparalleled sightlines to the stage, and cutting edge audiovisual and lighting designs throughout.

Highlighted features of SOUND's 8,000 square foot space include: multiple full-service bars, gourmet kitchen, oversized booths and recessed seating with premium bottle service, changeable silk display panels on the club's facade, and a first of its kind Funktion One sound system. Projection screens with state-of-the-art video servers are also strategically placed throughout the club, and will display 3D video mapping and custom content designed by V Squared Labs. Additionally, the outside entrance of the venue will serve as a canvas to showcase one-of-a-kind local and international artist installations, rotating art and artist quarterly.

To further amplify guests' nightlife experience, patrons of the club can also indulge in an extensive menu of gourmet "street food-inspired" offerings that are available throughout the night. The cuisine features a gourmet interpretation of popular street foods including panini, sandwiches, seasoned fries, tacos and sliders that can be ordered tableside, or at the custom walk-up food bar. Much like the artist rotations, the menu will be another constantly evolving aspect of the venue, with new palates every quarter created by both local and celebrity chefs. All of the menu items are crafted to be completely portable and hand held so guests can easily feed their cravings while partying the night away.

Open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 pm until 4 am, SOUND presents a roster of the top DJs and talent from around the world, and is the ideal place for everything from after dinner cocktails to late-night lounging.
