It began in November 2011. Tilian Pearson (Tides Of Man, Dance Gavin Dance) and producer, Matt Malpass (Lydia, Copeland) started a collaboration that formed over the next year and a half into Tilian's debut, Material Me. Using the backdrop of indie/alternative rock infused electro-pop, Tilian belts out in his unique vocal style and seemingly unlimited range, 11 songs of love, hope, commiseration and regret.

Pearson continues to front alt rock band Dance Gavin Dance, who will release their fifth album this year. He will also be touring for his solo project in 2013.
