Cocky Da Homo MC Releases Sexually Explicit, Yet Socially-Conscious Mixtape

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Cocky da Homo MC Official Website) Cocky da Homo MC is back at it again with a brand new mixtape, #SocialStudies, his fourth official release. #SocialStudies is his most sexually intense mixtape, with songs like Purple Thang ("I got a Black man's d---" is the main refrain) and the mixtape's single Gnarly. There are a few noteworthy cuts that border on socially-conscious, such as "The Campaign," and "Asleep In the Dead Aisle." And, as usual for Cocky, there are shots fired. On "The Controversial" the rapper mocks Tyler the Creator's usage of homophobic slurs, and on "Purple Thang" Cocky makes fun of Kanye West and Jay-Z, calling them "old bozos."

It is rumored that Cocky is in the midst of acquiring a deal with Rock Shop Music Group, a prominent production label with affiliations with Atlantic and Universal Records.
