Jakpot is an artist, musician, DJ, producer and brand. A mysterious hooded figure with a crystal mask, Jakpot's anonymity creates a sense of oneness amongst his fans by keeping the focus on the most important thing, the music. Born into a family of fame and musical talent--his father playing bass guitar in a band in his twenties and sister formerly on the pop and R&B circuit--Jakpot's obsession for the beat developed at a young age. DJing the North American nightclub scene since 2009 as his well-known celebrity persona, he built a strong following through a combination of love for his masterful sets and pop culture status. But while gaining notoriety for his diverse and hard hitting mixes, the man behind the mask sought to get away from his "Celebrity DJ" title and put the focus on his own original productions.
