In addition to Shelia Moore's own gorgeous, sparkling vocals, "Tha Story Told Twice..." also features the towering talents of Liz Vaughn, Shei Atkins, Allegro Adams, and the Knuckle Headz. Moore's music is spiritually inspired, and every song on this, her most spectacular work to date, has its heart and soul in unwavering faith and praise of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Moore deals with these themes directly and with endless finesse. Her voice is soft, feminine, and guided by her impeccable ear and good taste. Her range is exceeded only by her precision. She is never guilty of being showy, or of oversouling. Moore's faith cannot be overstated. Her songs have titles such as "Give Praise," "God Is Love," and "Call Him," classic names that could easily appear in any Southern Baptist hymnal. She deals with mature, contemporary and complicated Christian issues in these tracks, however, such as premarital sex, and unwavering faith in the face of seemingly untenable adversity.
