NEW YORK (The Strata Official Website) - Strata have dropped off their tour with Nonpoint/Skindred, here is the statement:

"Due to problems with my vocal cords, and in compliance with doctor's orders, we've unfortunately had to cancel our remaining show dates with Nonpoint and Skindred. I injured my voice on the last few shows on the Finger Eleven / Moments in Grace tour and compounded that injury on the Fuse Family Picnic dates; I knew something was wrong coming into the Nonpoint tour but nothing drove it all home like seeing the pictures of my larynx taken by a doctor in NYC this week (and completely losing my voice on stage).

We're going to be heading home where we'll be getting some much needed rest and keeping busy with writing and other productive activities... then we're going to come back hitting hard. We appreciate your understanding, patience and support through all of this. I've gotten lots of email from people who've heard about what's going on and it's all been very kind and encouraging. Thanks for that. We'll keep you updated as things progress.

Love and thanks,
Eric Victorino."
