MONTREAL, CANADA (Top40 Charts) King Ferly is a young bilingual hip hop artist from Quebec who will be launching his debut album, The Rise, on June 15 at Le Belmont, in Montreal. All media representatives are invited to the event and the admission is absolutely free.

Why King Ferly
King Ferly started composing, producing and interpreting his own music some time ago, but, in September 2012, his career was brought to another level as he undertook the complete recording of his first album, The Rise. Although many other artists feel a strong attachment to rap music, often times, unfortunately, they give the genre an unwanted label. King Ferly sets himself apart and raises the bar higher by introducing thoughtful, meaningful lyrics in his songs. King Ferly sees in rap music great potential, way more than the incongruous words over unrefined instrumentals that are becoming common these days. For him, rap is still and always will be rythm and poetry, and he wants his listeners to understand it.
