Mix launched the Mixer Magnet
Global campaign in February 2013 and saw fans from around the world competing in a series of 20 online social media challenges to earn a special visiting event from the girls. The US won the competition in March after completing all of the challenges with the most points. Given that the US is such a large country, the girls wanted to make it fair to the fans by launching the Mixer Magnets US Rewards in order to extend the challenges and narrow down which US city would host the special event.
