New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Kado Records) R&B singer TQ has released a new video of the hit single, "Bad Man" featuring Mystikal. The video was shot on location in New Orleans and produced by Mannie Fresh, formerly of Cash Money Records. "Bad Man" is the first single off TQ's new album, Legendary, available now.
To watch the video, visit TQ's YouTube page, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dekNYQLpLA.
The video, directed by
William Tiki, was inspired by the 1970s blacksploitation films. "When I was young I use to love the old 70s-style blacksploitation films, so Mannie played me this beat I instantly started seeing this video in my head before I even started writing the song," said TQ.
In the video, Leroy Jefferson LaRue aka the "Bad Man," played by TQ, and Slick
Sonny Jenkins, played by Mystikal, are diamond smugglers, making a big deal with Chubby Boy Thomas, played by Mannie Fresh. More like a short movie, the video was shot with gritty, blockbuster-quality action sequences and sharp dramatic scenes.
TQ is excited to be refocused on his music. TQ has been producing and getting the record label he co-founded, Kado Records, off the ground. TQ has also worked and written with artists like R.Kelly, Dru Hill, Jagged Edge, Ron Isley, Swizz Beatz, and The
Big Tymers to name a few.

About TQ:
Singer/songwriter/producer TQ hit the music scene in 1998 with a style that made him different than any other R&B singer on the market. A native of Compton, Calif. his swagger and delivery made some fans regard him with the same appeal as a rapper. In fact, he has been told that he reminds many of a "singing Tupac" with his realistic lyrics in songs that deal with real life issues. Now with more than 15 years in the business to his credit, TQ debuted his latest album Kind of Blue in March 2010 in the U.S. and Canada.
