Who: VIP guests include: Mathew Knowles, Mayor Bill White, Keith Sweat, Ray J, American Idol's RJ Helton, Mason Road, Troy Carter & J. Erving Jr. of Erving Wonder (managers for Eve, Floetry, Jadakiss, Angie Stone), City of Houston Council Member Ada Edwards, KRBE's Maria Todd & Scott Sparks, and Popstar finalists.
